After the cake is cut and the last cute cocktail napkin with a drawing of your fur baby’s face is tossed away, the only thing left of your epic day are the memories and photos. Photos are one of the only items in the world that increase in value, year over year -- because life happens. Families grow, loved ones are lost, and the story of the generations in the pictures become a map of where you come from, where you started, and when you’re feeling lost, they can help you find your way. Capturing a wedding day is so much more than showing up with a camera to push a button. I spend hours and hours getting to know my couples -- learning their story and investing in who they are. The better we know each other, the better I can capture who you are.

On top of that, I walk through your engagement season with you -- emailing, texting, timeline creating, working with your wedding day team to make sure i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed from the photography prep side. I am as available as humanly possible to answer any questions because I care A LOT. After the wedding day, I spend anywhere from 30 to 50 hours per wedding culling thousands of photos, editing every single image I deliver to you, creating the gallery, helping you choose which photos to print, creating albums, and walking you through how to tangibly share your photos.

From an hourly perspective, you get the picture (pun entirely intended) on the investment cost. But on top of that, I have 10 years of experience in visual storytelling and I continue to invest in that education year over year through photography workshops. I also constantly invest in my gear so I have the best tools at my disposal to tell your story.

Choosing a photographer is one of the biggest decisions you make for your day. You will be with that camera-wielding human more than anyone else at your wedding and you want them to be the right fit. Make sure when you choose that person, they fit your vibe, you love their work, and you’re both giddy with excitement that they’re going to document your day.
